1. Level Site: No groundwork will be done by workmen.

2. A minimum charge of 50.00 will be added to the contract if there is any difficulty in workmen getting materials and equipment to the area where the shed is to be built.

3. A minimum of 18" to 24" is needed on all sides of the shed to provide room for on-site construction.

4. 110 power is required within 75' of where the shed is to be built. If there is no electric outlet on site, a fee of $50.00 will be added for the use of a generator.

5. Building permits, zoning or covenant searches are not provided by Shed It Southwest Building Systems, Inc., or their representatives.

6. Sheds are to be painted within thirty-days of completion for the warranty to be valid.

7. All workmanship is guaranteed against defects for a period of one-year after date of completion.

8. Shed It Southwest Building Systems, Inc. is not responsible for abuse or insufficient attention by owner or for any acts of God.

9. Shed It Southwest Building Systems, Inc. reserves the right to replace or repair any portion of the shed found to be defective.

10. A delivery fee may be charged for areas outside of Kingman and Golden Valley.
